Cancellation and No-Show Policy We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, to ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate all our clients, we kindly request adherence to the following policy: 1. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This ensures we can accommodate other clients who may need the time slot. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, regardless of advance notice. 2. No-Show: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a 50% charge of service. 3. Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and charged the no-show fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
